*Clear/raw finished frames will have rust "veins" under the clear coat in a short period of time. This is the cosmetic desired effect. It does not affect the structural integrity (strength) of the frame. These exist under painted frames too but as the paint isnt clear you cant see it. If you are not going to be happy with this we would recommend you get a frame with a different paint finish.
