Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

We happily exchange within 14 days if goods are in new & unused condition with proof of purchase. 

No refunds or exchange will be offered for change of mind or wrong decision purchases. No exchange or refunds will be honoured on sale items. You must retain proof of purchase i.e. receipt - for all returns and exchanges and these must be done within 14 days from date of purchase. 

Please contact us and let us know the reason for returning the goods. 

Postage on online returns and exchanges will be at the expense of the buyer and these cannot be processed until we have received the goods. 

We recommend when posting back your return to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance with Australia Post to avoid and misplaced items. We are not liable should your item go missing during shopping and don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We ultimately reserve the right to refuse a return if we deem it to be in an unsuitable condition and the items may be returned to you at your own cost.

Faulty or Incorrect Goods
If you have received the incorrect or faulty item, please contact us asap. If an item has a fault we will repair or replace.

This is when the item: 
- item is broken or damaged on arrival
- is unsafe 
- is significantly different from the sample or description

If we cannot repair or replace the item we will issue a credit or refund for the same value. 
If your item is faulty, please contact us ASAP and we may require photos of packaging and item so we are able to complete our investigation before replacement is provided or we repair this product.

If your product comes with manufacturers warranty, we request DO NOT send the item direct to the manufacturer unless advised by Local BMX. Please notify Local BMX asap of faulty item and we will seek advise from the respective parties.
