SHIPPING POLICY

If an incorrect address is supplied and the item is sent back to us you will be notified via email or phone and you will have to pay for the parcel to be re-sent to a new address or organise collection in store.

All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not available for signature at time of delivery, collection will be available from your local post office or shipping distribution centre where applicable.

We will always ship with Australia Post for small items and we use courier services for Bikes and larger bulky items (please note we will always seek quotes to offer the lowest and most reliable service). All items shipped are registered and insured.  .  

If you haven’t received your order by the time advised, please get in contact with us and we’ll be able to track it for you. 

How much does shipping within Australia cost?

All orders $99 and under are $10 for standard shipping in WA.

Shipping on orders $100 and up are FREE for standard shipping in WA, excluding complete bikes.

Rest of Australia is all orders under $250 are $15 dollars standard shipping, and free standard shipping over $250.

Complete bikes are $50 standard shipping Australia wide.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently only ship within Australia. If you live in another country and would like to purchase something off us send us an email to sales@localbmx.com.au and we will try to help out.

When will my order be sent out?

We do our best to have all orders placed by 1pm WA time shipped out the same day Tuesday - Friday. If you order after 1pm or over the weekend or on a Monday, then it will be shipped the next business day. We are closed Sunday and Mondays.

Items that require additional labour (wheel builds, Bikes to be boxed) take more time and will be shipped as soon as possible.

Is everything on your site in stock?

We do our best to ensure that everything on the website is in stock and ready to ship. Should an issue arise we will contact you ASAP on the details that you have provided to come to an alternative arrangement. Please ensure that your details are correct should an issue like this arise.

What is the Click & Collect delivery option?

Click & Collect is an easy way to get an order together ahead of time so you can just roll up in store to collect when you are ready. Once you have placed your order you will be contacted via email to confirm that it is ready to be collected. Please wait for this confirmation to avoid disappointment should any issues arise.
