For this custom build we took a 21.25 top tube United Prime mover and tailored the build towards a pegless trail and transition machine that as far as a custom build goes shouldnt hurt the budget too much. Any cheaper than this and you should be looking at a high end complete.
Worth mentioning is while it wasnt our intention when building it this bike came out pretty light! 10.8kgs! Would be easy to thrown around when floating above a set of doubles or the coping at your local.
