You wouldnt believe how hard it is to find a decent bar to suit a kids 14", 16" or 18" bike these days. We found some!
Most bars are between 8.75 and 10" high and 28-30" wide these days, fine if you are a teenager or adult but for a kid aged 5-12 they are waaay to big, and way too wide too.
They come at 7" high by 25" wide.
These feature a narrow box allowing them to be cut down more than most. Can be cut down to approx 20" wide and still have room to run a trimmed down grip and a brake lever.
